ORDER :
Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 08.12.2020 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.107 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Munsif Court, Salem.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent caveator brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the order impugned passed in Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.2 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020, the examination of the witnesses were concluded and further, cross-examination was also over.
2. That being the factum, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
A civil revision petition may be disposed of as settled out of court when the parties amicably resolve their dispute subsequent to the filing of the petition.
Settlement in underlying suit renders revision petition moot, warranting closure.
