ORDER :
Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 01.08.2022 passed in MPSR No.6197 of 2022 in RLTOP No.57 of 2019 and direct the Hon'ble XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai to take the petition on file.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
