(Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to take action in accordance with law by demolishing the unauthorized and illegal constructions put up over the Eri in Survey Nos.242 & 246/1 and its Water Courses in Kattupakkam Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District, either by Respondents 4 & 5 or any other person(s), within a time frame fixed by this Court.)

The petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action in accordance with law by demolishing the unauthorized and illegal constructions put up over the Eri in Survey Nos.242 & 246/1 and its Water Courses in Kattupakkam Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District, either by respondents 4 & 5 or any other persons, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
