[PRAYER: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, pleased to issue notice to the respondents; Punish the respondents for having disobeyed the order dated 14.07.2023 of this Court passed in W.P.No.20938 of 2023.]
The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, an enquiry has been conducted and the order of this Court has been complied with. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
2. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
