[PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of a writ directing the respondents to forthwith sanction family pension as per G.O.325 Finance (Pension) dated 28.11.2011 with effect from 01.10.2020 after considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2024.]
