The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court that he wants to withdraw the present Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners also made an endorsement to the said effect in the bundle. Accordingly, this Court granted permission to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

2. In view of the submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
