The learned counsel for the appellant seeks the permission of this Court that he wants to withdraw the present Writ Appeal. The learned counsel for the appellant also made an endorsement to the said effect in the bundle. Accordingly, this Court granted permission to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant to withdraw the present Writ Appeal.
2. In view of the submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, the present Writ Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
