JUDGMENT :
SASHIKANTA MISHRA, J.
1. Being aggrieved by the dismissal of the petitioner’s appeal by the Additional District Magistrate, Bolangir in Revenue Misc. Appeal No.11 of 2011, the petitioner has filed this writ application with the following prayer:
“It is therefore prayed that this writ petition may be admitted, relevant records relating to selection of Anganwadi Worker at Dunguriguda Addl. AWC, in the file of Opp.Party No.2 & 3 may be called for and after hearing the counsels for both the parties, the writ petition may be allowed, and the order dtd.24/04/2013 passed by the ADM Balangir under annexure-3 may be set-aside/quashed and the Opp.Party No.3 may be directed to appoint the petitioner in the post of Anganwadi worker at Dunguriguda Addl. AWC within a stipulated period;
