JUDGMENT
Arvind Singh Sangwan, J. - After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of changed circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the trial Court.
2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
3. In case fresh application is filed, same will be decided on merits without being prejudiced with the fact that on an earlier occasion, application was dismissed by the Court of Sessions or dismissed as withdrawn by this Court.
