JUDGMENT :
1. This is an application for condonation of delay for a period of 98 days in filing the connected Civil Revision Petition. I have perused the application and the reasons as made out at Para-7 of the said application shows that sufficient cause has been shown in preferring the revision after 98 days. I have also heard the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 and 2 of the application.
2. The delay of 98 days stands condoned, and the Registry is directed to diarize and register the Civil Revision Petition and the same be listed after 2(two) weeks.
3. The instant Misc. Case accordingly stands disposed of.
