The appellants filed this appeal aggrieved by the orders dated 06.06.2022 passed by learned Special Judge for Trial and Disposal of Commercial Disputes Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar in C.O.P.No.3 of 2022 in C.O.P.No.7 of 2022 dismissing the application filed under Section 9 (1) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act, 1996’) for grant of injunction restraining the Respondents 1 & 2 or any other person(s) acting, dealing or otherwise claiming under the authority of the said respondents in any form of whatsoever by way of sale, mortgage, creating any kind of encumbrance, lease/licence or otherwise changing the nature of the development of the petition schedule property, whatsoever, pending the disposal of the arbitration proceedings.

2. For the sake of convenience, hereinafter the parties will be referred to as “petitioners” and “respondents”, as they were arrayed before the trial Court.
