IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AT HYDERABAD
NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA
Banothu Raveender – Appellant
Versus
State of Telangana – Respondent
ORDER :
NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA, J.
The grievance of the petitioners in these two writ petitions is that they applied for the post of Assistant Professor in the 2nd respondent-P.V. The petitioners therefore assail the selection and appointment of 3rd respondents (in both the writ petitions) as illegal and arbitrary.
