[1]This is a reference made pursuant to subsection 20(3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177] arising out of the dismissal of Usama Ahmed Junaid (hereinafter referred to as "the Claimant") by Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on 23 September 2024.

Brief Facts

[2] Vide an email dated 17 December 2023 (pg. 4, COB1) the Claimant was selected for the position of Advisor 1, Customer Service and was requested to submit to the Company the following documents:

(ii) Copy of Passport;
