DELHI HIGH COURT
S.RAVINDRA BHAT, NAJMI WAZIRI
Akuate Internet Services Pvt. Ltd. – Appellant
Versus
Star India Pvt. Ltd. – Respondent

The Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) was arrayed as the common defendant in all the three cases. BC
