JUDGMENT

Battu Devanand, J. - Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 18.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.23626 of 2022 is complied with, as the respondents paid the bill amount to the petitioner on 10.10.2022.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also, on instructions from his client, submits that the payment was made to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, in the opinion of this Court as the order of this Court is complied with, continuing this Contempt Proceedings against the respondents is unwarranted.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
