JUDGMENT
Battu Devanand, J. - This Contempt Case has been filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the Order dated 24.08.2022 in W.P.No.23442 of 2022 in true spirit.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of this Court is implemented by making payment to the petitioner on 28-12-2022.
4. In view of the above, in our view, it is not necessary to continue this Contempt Case further.
5. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to renew/raise/agitate his right with regard to interest aspect, etc., after disposal of the Writ Appeal Nos.740 and 741 of 2021.
6. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
