JUDGMENT

Battu Devanand, J. - Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 24.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.25770 of 2022 is complied with as the respondents paid the bill amount to the petitioner on 30.01.2023.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also, on instructions from his client, submits that the payment was made to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, in the opinion of this Court as the order of this Court is complied with, continuing this Contempt Proceedings against the respondents is unwarranted.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
