JUDGMENT

Battu Devanand, J. - This Contempt Case has been filed against the respondents complaining the willful disobedience in implementing the Order dated 15.09.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.28813 of 2022.

2. This Court directed the 2nd respondent to admit the 1st petitioner into the 4th respondent by suspending the order of the 2nd respondent on 20.06.2022 in so far as the 1st petitioner is concerned, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

3. During the course of hearing, today, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Order of this Court is complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted that the Order of this Court is complied with.

4. Considering the same, in view of the above factual position in our consider view, no further adjudication required in this Contempt Case.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
