JUDGMENT :
1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has represented that in the present appeal since the matter has been settled between both the parties long back, the appeal has become infructuous. The same is recorded.
2. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
