1. When these matters was listed on 31.01.2024, there was no representation on both sides and the matters were posted to 06.02.2024, under the caption “For Dismissal.”

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, there is no representation on both sides, it seems that the appellants are not inclined to prosecute the appeals.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suits are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
