VENUTHURUMALLI GOPALA KRISHNA RAO, J.
1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents is present and reported ready. Though the matter is listed under the caption “For Dismissal” there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. It seems that the appellants are not inclined to prosecute the appeal.
2. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
The court has the discretion to dismiss an appeal for non-prosecution if the appellants do not appear for the hearing.
