2. These cases are squarely covered by the Common Judgment rendered by learned single Judge of this Court on 06.05.2024 in W.P. No. 3255 of 2023 and batch.
3. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand allowed in terms of the common Judgment passed by this Court on 06.05.2024 in W.P. No. 3255 of 2023 and batch. Registry is directed to attach the copy of the Common Order in W.P. No. 3255 of 2023 dated 06.05.2024, along with this Order.
