JUDGMENT

E.S. Indiresh, J. - Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has approached the respondent-Corporation by way of a representation dated 30.04.2020 and the same is unattended by the respondent-Corporation.

3. In that view of the matter, the respondent - Corporation is directed to consider the representation dated 30.04.2020 produced at Annexure-K to the writ petition within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the outcome of the same to be made known to the petitioner. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
