Calling into question the correctness of the order dated 3.8.2022 passed in W.P.A.No.4198 of 2022 by the learned Single Judge, the present appeal is filed by respondents 9 to 12 in the writ petition.
2. The first respondent has filed the writ petition challenging the disciplinary proceedings which has culminated in the imposition of a major penalty of dismissal from service.
3. By the order dated 3.8.2022, the learned Single Judge, disposed of the writ petition. It is propitious to reproduce the operative portion of the order of the learned Single Judge, which reads thus:
