Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks directions to the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to conduct proper inquiry against the respondent Nos.4 to 5 for not doing their duty despite directions passed by higher authority (AWWA) for enrolling the name of petitioner in the Part-II and directions to respondent No.2 to take proper action against the respondent Nos.3 to 5.
2. Learned counsel for respondents who is appearing on advance notice submits that the issue raised in the present petition by the petitioner shall be decided by the respondents within four weeks from today.
3. In view of above, respondents are directed to do needful within the time sought. Decision thereof shall be communicated by the respondents to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
4. Needless to say, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved by the decision to be taken, the petitioner may challenge the same before the appropriate Court.
5. Pending application also stands disposed of.
