ORDER

R.N. Mehta, Member—The appellants have filed these appeals under section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986, being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order dated 20.10.2018 passed by the Learned District Commission Vadodara (Additional) in Consumer Complaint No.765/2017.

2. Heard learned Advocate Mr. V.M.Pancholi for the appellant of Appeal No.2021/74. Learned representative Mr.P.V.Moorjani for the respondent No.1 and 2 (Voluntary consumer association and complainant). Despite Respondent No. 3 & 4 were served through Public Notice, none appeared. Heard Learned Advocate Ms.Nita Pandit for learned advocate Mr. A.R.Gupta on behalf of appellant of Appeal No.A/2020/523 & A/2020/542 and respondent No.5 and 6.

2.1. With the consent of the Learned advocate and Learned representative for both the parties, the matter was placed for final hearing. As these three appeals were arising out of same judgment and order, all these appeals are disposed of by common judgment.

3. Here in first appeal the appellant is the original opponent No.3, the respondent No.1 and 2 are the original complainant No.1 and 2; the respondent No.3 and 4 are the original opponent No. 1 and 2; the respondent
