ORDER
Subhash Chandra, Presiding Member—This Revision Petition has been filed under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (in short, “the Act”) challenging order dated 19.04.2017 of the Rajasthan State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Circuit Bench, Bikaner (in short, the ‘State Commission’) dismissing Appeal No. 81 of 2012 confirming the order of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bikaner (in short, “District Forum”) in Consumer Complaint No. 109 of 2011 dated 19.04.2012.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and given careful consideration to the material placed on record and the arguments urged before us.
3. The delay of 27 days in the filing of the revision petition had been condoned on 06.02.2018 subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent. The delay of 27 days in the filing of the revision petition was considered in light of the application seeking condonation of delay. The application was allowed in the interest of justice and the delay condoned.
