JUDGMENT :
The above writ petition (crl) is filed with following prayers :
"1. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to hand over investigation pending in all police stations in the State of Kerala against accused persons mentioned in the Ext.P1 complaint in to the State Crime Branch supervised by the 3rd respondent.
2. Grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case." [sic]
2. Based on the complaint of the petitioners and other victims, several cases are registered at different police stations across the State in connection with the Visa scam. The grievance of the petitioners is that the investigation in these cases is to be transferred to the Crime Branch.
