ORDER :
The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the Petitioner in respect of the property situate in T.S.No.174, Block No.10, Ward AV Kottapattu, Trichy East Taluk,Trichy.
2. According to the Petitioner, the subject property is the ancestral property of his father and the same was bequeathed in his favour by his father under registered Will, dated 26.03.2019. It is further stated that the subject property was wrongly classified as ‘’kept pending’’ in Natham Nilavari Thittam. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a representation on 7.11.2023 before the first respondent seeking issuance of exclusive patta in his favour based on the documents submitted by him. Since the same was not considered, the Petitioner is before this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.
