JUDGMENT

Vipin Sanghi, CJ. - The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's representations dated 12.11.2021 and 07.01.2022 sent to the Additional Secretary, Department of Technical Education as well as the Director, Vigilance, and to the Secretary, Department of Technical Education respectively.

2. In the light of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition with a direction to respondent No. 6 to decide the representations of the petitioner within the next six weeks, and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

3. We make it clear that we have not examined the merits of the petitioner's claim in the writ petition.
