Ravindra Maithani, J.
The instant revision is preferred against the following:-
(i) Under Section 323 IPC, 3 months’ simple imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 1000/-. In default of payment of fine, rigorous imprisonment for a further period of 10 days.
(ii) Under Section 452 IPC, 6 months’ simple imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 4,000/-. In default of payment of fine, rigorous imprisonment for a further period of one month.
(B) Judgment and order dated 22.02.2023, passed in Criminal Appeal No.162 of 2014, Nar Singh Gupta Vs. State, by the court of 1st Additonal District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar, District Haridwar (“the appeal”), by which, the appeal has been dismissed and the conviction and sentence passed in the case, has been upheld.
