JUDGMENT
Rajendra Kumar (Verma), J. - This application has been filed by the petitioner under section 482 of the Cr.P.C.,1973 seeking modification/correction in the order passed by the Court vide order dated 11.11.2022, passed in CRR No.3240/2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 11.11.2022, passed in CRR No.3240/2022. due to oversight/typographical error, the Vehicle number has been wrongly mentioned as RJ09GB7557 instead of RJ09GC1757. Hence prayer has been made for correction in the aforesaid order dated 11.11.2022.
3. On perusal of the order dated 11.11.2022 and the record, this Court finds that the said mistake appears to be a typographical error which is required to be modified/corrected.
4. In view of the same, it is directed that in the order dated 11.11.2022, passed in CRR No.3240/2022., the Vehicle No. "RJ09GB7557" be read as "RJ09GC1757".
5. This order be read conjointly with order dated 11.11.2022, passed in CRR No.3240/2022.
6. With the aforesaid the petition stands disposed of.
