Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.9-18 guntas in survey No.74/2, Ac.6-37 guntas in survey No.560/P6 and Ac.5-08 guntas in survey No.600/P2 of Achempet Village in Nizamsagar Mandal, Kamareddy District. He is granted pattadar passbooks and has been cultivating the above extent of land. The Government notified the Rythu Bandhu Scheme to support the families and extended Rs.4000/- per acre for the purpose of carrying on agricultural operations for the lands owned by the farmers. Such benefit is extended to two crop seasons. According to petitioner, he was granted the benefit till June, 2020, but thereafter, the benefit is not extended to him for the reasons best known causing hardship in carrying on agricultural operations. On 19.01.2021, he submitted representation addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, the Commissioner and Director for Agriculture, the District Collector, Kamareddy District, the District Agricultural Officer, Kamareddy District and the Agricultural Officer, Nizamsagar Mandal.
