ORDER :

Satish Chandra Sharma, J.

1. The petitioner before this court has filed the present writ petition for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to treat the petitioner as within the age limit for the purpose of recruitment in the post of Copyist under the Telangana Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate Rules, 2018 (for short ‘the Rules’).

2. The undisputed facts of the case reveal that an Advertisement was issued on 31.07.2019 inviting applications for various posts, including the post of Copyist, and as per the Advertisement, which is on record, candidates between 18 years to 34 years were eligible to compete.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued before this court that the date of birth of the petitioner is 25.02.1979 and the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste category. He has drawn the attention of this court towards G.O.Ms.No.329 dated 27.07.2015, issued by the Government of Telangana, which provides for age relaxation by 10 years in respect of direct recruitment i.e., extending the upper age limit from 34 years to 44 years. He has again drawn the attention of this court towards the subsequent G.O.Ms.No.190 dated 08.08.20
