ORDER :
K.SARATH, J.
1. This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in including the property of the petitioner bearing Plot Nos.474 and 475, admeasuring to an extent of 546 sq.Yards in Sy.No.66/11, situated at Ward No.3, Block No.12, Rock Town, Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Revenue Mandal, under GHMC, L.B.Nagar Circle, Ranga Reddy District (hereinafter referred to as ‘subject property’) in the Prohibitory List maintained by the respondents as illegal and arbitrary and sought a direction to the respondent No.3 to delete the subject property from the Prohibitory List.

Inclusion of property in the prohibitory list without explicit court order against alienation is arbitrary and illegal; status quo does not imply prohibition on alienation.
