2. None appeared for the appellants/claimants. There was no representation for the appellants/claimants on 15.11.2023, 08.12.2023, 19.12.2023 and today as well, though posted under the caption ‘For Dismissal’.
3. In that view of the matter, the Appeal is ‘dismissed for non-prosecution’. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
Failure to prosecute the appeal can lead to its dismissal.
