JUDGMENT :
1. When the matter is listed on 26.12.2023 and 23.01.2024, there was no representation on either side and the same was adjourned to today i.e., on 25.01.2024 under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
2. Even though the matter was listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’, there is no representation on either side.
3. Hence, this Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
