JUDGMENT

Dharmesh Sharma, J. - This judgment shall decide the present appeal filed under Section 37 (1) (c) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996[A&C Act] assailing the impugned judgment-cum-award dated 29.10.2020 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-07, South-East District, Saket Court, New Delhi[ADJ] in the case bearing Arbt. No. 21138/2016, whereby the objections of the appellant company under Section 34 of the A&C Act were dismissed and the award passed by the learned Sole Arbitral Tribunal[Hon'ble Ms. Justice Manju Goel (Retired)] dated 13.05.2016 in Case Ref. No. DAC/588/08-14 was upheld.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND:
