ORDER :
1. Heard Mr. B. Purkayastha, learned counsel for the writ petitioner.
2. Aggrieved by rejection of his prayer for appointment on compassionate ground, the instant writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus.
3. Ms. A. Talukdar, learned Government Advocate, Assam, prays for some time to obtain instruction.
4. Issue notice of motion returnable in six weeks.
5. Since Ms. A. Talukdar, learned Government Advocate, Assam, has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and Mr. A. Baruah, learned Standing Counsel, PHE Department, Assam, has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 4, 5 and 6, service of notice is deemed to be complete in this case. However, extra copies of the writ petition, requisite in numbers, be furnished to the learned departmental counsel within one week from today, so as to enable them to obtain instruction.
