JUDGMENT

1. This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 374 of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) questioning the judgment dated 12.1.2019 passed in SCATR No.07/2013 by learned Special Judge under the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, whereby the appellant was convicted and sentenced as under :--

for 1 year.

R.I. for Life with fine of Rs.2000/- and in default R.I. for six months.

3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act

R.I. for Life with fine of Rs.2000/- and in default R.I. for six months.

3(1)(xii) of SC/ST Act

R.I. for 5 years with fine of Rs.1000/- and in default R.I. for three months.

3(a) r/w 4 of POCSO Act R.I.

for 7 years with fine of Rs.1000/- and in default R.I. for three months.

 

All sentences to run concurrently

2. As per the prosecution case, the prosecutrix lodged a written report on 27.12.2012 in Polic
