Arindam Lodh, J. - Heard Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. K. Nath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2. Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned G.A. assisted by Mr. P. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents submits that he could not obtain necessary instructions from the concerned authorities as regards the promotion of the petitioners. However, having discussed the issue with the concerned authorities learned G.A. further submits that by Monday next i.e. 09.01.2023, he will place before the court necessary instructions in writing.
3. In view of this list the matter on 09.01.2023.
