JUDGMENT
Arindam Lodh, J. - Heard Mr. Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Abir Baran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. Bhattacharjee, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents-State.
2. Mr. Deb, learned senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that other WP(C) No.868 of 2021 and other connected writ petitions similar to this writ petitions have been listed today in the hearing column and he prays for hearing this matter along with those connected writ petitions.
3. Prayer stands allowed.
