JUDGMENT :
G. RADHA RANI, J.
This appeal is filed by the appellant-plaintiff aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 13.03.2015 passed in O.S. No.717 of 2007 by the XIII Additional Chief Judge, FTC, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred as arrayed before the trial court.
3. The plaintiff filed the suit seeking the relief of damages of Rs.20,00,000/- @ Rs.12,675/- per month from 10.10.1996 i.e. the date of his termination from service to 31.01.2010 i.e. the date of his superannuation had he been in service, along with costs of the suit.
4. As per the plaint averments,
Termination of employment must adhere to principles of natural justice, including supplying inquiry reports; non-compliance renders dismissal unjustified, entitling injured parties to damages instead....
Dismissal orders must be passed in accordance with the principles of natural justice, including providing the employee with a reasonable opportunity to defend themselves and supplying a copy of the i....
Violation of principles of natural justice in conducting enquiry and imposing punishment
The dismissal of an employee without providing the enquiry report and failing to follow principles of natural justice is illegal and warrants reinstatement.
