JUDGMENT

Anoop Chitkara, J.

1. The petitioners, arraigned as accused in the above captioned DDR which is a cross-version of FIR No.138 dated 24.10.2014 under Sections 308/355/323/506/148/149 IPC Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana, have come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings based on the compromise with the aggrieved persons.

2. During the pendency of the petition, the accused and the aggrieved person have compromised the matter, and its copy is annexed with this petition as Annexure P-3.

3. After that, the petitioners came up before this Court to quash the DDR, and in the quashing petition, the aggrieved persons have been impleaded as respondents.

4. On 8-4-2022, the aggrieved persons Kamaljot Singh (R-2), Amarjot Singh (R-3), Hardeep Singh (R-4), Sandeep Singh @ Seepa (R-5) and Surinder Singh (R- 6) stated before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon that there would be no objection if the court quashes this FIR and consequent proceedings.
