Since the issues raised in all the captioned writ applications are the same and the challenge to the legality and constitutional validity of the Gujarat Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2019 is also common in all the writ applications, those were taken up for hearing analogously and are being disposed of by this common judgment and order.
