In both the writ petitions, the grievance of the petitioners is about construction of multi-storeyed commercial complex by the respondent Nos.5 and 6 in the open space admeasuring 600 sq. yards, which was earmarked for a park in Plot Nos.S1 and S2 of Indian Airlines Employees Housing Colony, located in Sy.No.194/11 of Begumpet Village, Rangareddy District.
