JUDGMENT
Vipin Sanghi, CJ. - Ms. Mamta Bisht, proxy counsel for Mr. Chetan Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioners wish to withdraw the present writ petition.
2. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Consequently, pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
