1. Material on record discloses that the respondent/Mrs.Divya Rayapati, has filed a petition, under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, claiming various reliefs, under Sections 18, 19 and 22 of the said Act, and that the said petition has been taken on file in M.C.No.70 of 2013, on the file of the 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15.

2. Mr.Ashwant Akula Venkatram is the husband of the respondent and the revision petitioner in Crl.R.C.Nos.184 and 186 of 2015, respectively. He is represented by his Power of Attorney, Mr.Sankara Narayanan. Crl.R.C.Nos.183 and 185 of 2015, are filed by Mrs.Sunitha Venkatram, W/o.Mr.Venkatram Akula, represented by her Power of Attorney. She is the mother of Mr.Ashawant Akula Venkatram.

Material on record further discloses that pending M.C.No.70 of 2013, on the file of the 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15, M.P.No.4523 of 2013, has been filed by the respondent/wife, under Section 19(1)(a)(c)(e) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, for the following reliefs,
